Here at Good Companion Bakery, just outside of
Vergennes, Vermont, we bake classic European
artisan breads in a wood-fired brick oven. Our
bakery is part of a working, diversified farm
raising cows, sheep, pigs, chickens and a variety
of crops. New this year to the farm will be crops
such as potatoes, onions, barley, and field corn.
