Here at Good Companion Bakery, just outside of
Vergennes, Vermont, we bake classic European
artisan breads in a wood-fired brick oven. Our
bakery is part of a working, diversified farm
raising cows, sheep, pigs, chickens and a variety
of crops. For 2009 we are planning expansion of
our row cropping to produce onions, potatoes and
cornmeal, and a variety of dry beans as well.
